Taizé Prayer Service November 4, 2018 Open to All

With the general election on November 6 and the holidays just around the corner, take 45 minutes to calm your soul and sit with God for a while. New Life will host an interdenominational Taizé Prayer Service on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 7 P.M.  Surround yourself with quiet prayer, reflection, meditation and outstanding music. The Taizé experience is a perfect way to connect with God for those who want to explore or develop their spirituality without the traditions of any one Christian denomination.

The Taizé service is especially meaningful for those who want to experience the presence of God without any particular denominational liturgy. The focus is only on God and is experienced in a very personal way.

The Taizé Service was developed by the monastic community in Taizé, France. Learn more about it here.  In one of the most celebrated examples of global Christian unity, both Catholic and Protestant brothers lead the Taizé Community. It draws youth and  adults from around the world each year to worship and learn.

We hope you will join us for this very special spiritual experience. For more information, Contact Bo Iole at (234) 571-9949.
