The Vestry is the seven-member governing body of the parish. New members are elected each year at the annual meeting in January. The Senior Warden is the head lay person in the parish, while the Junior Warden is typically responsible for building and grounds. The Clerk records all vestry proceedings, and the Treasurer is responsible for the financial details of the parish. The Clerk and Treasurer do not need to be elected to vestry to serve in those positions.
